Using modern German machinery and in-house pasteurization, the German ice cream master-trained staff is able to customize any combination of flavor and ingredients to give you a wonderful ice cream inspired by you.

Dr Mueller’s ice cream maintains its delightful texture without the use of artificial stabilizers. We rely on time-tested, traditional methods using only locust bean gum and guar gum to ensure the perfect consistency of our products.


Palm oil production can have harmful environmental and social impacts. By avoiding palm oil derivatives, Dr Mueller’s contributes to the preservation of our planet and the protection of vulnerable communities


Dr Mueller’s prioritizes the use of whole, unprocessed ingredients to create our ice cream. This means no mono, di, or triglycerides, allowing you to enjoy ice cream in its most natural form.


Dr Mueller’s keeps its products free from calcium sulfate, emphasizing the importance of purity in our ice cream. This ensures that you receive a product that is as close to nature as possible.


Potassium sorbate, a common preservative used in food and cosmetics, has no place in our ice cream. We choose to preserve our products naturally, using citric acid from lemons and lime, reflecting our dedication to your health and well-being.


We steer clear of diethyl glycerol, prioritizing transparency and the elimination of unnecessary additives. This is Dr Mueller’s way of delivering an ice cream experience you can trust.


Polysorbate 80 commonly used in pharmaceuticals, food and cosmetics is not in our recipe book. We maintain the purity of our products, keeping them free from this chemical while ensuring they remain a delight for your taste buds.
